I get a lot of inquiries about my glasses so I figured I do a little post just for them. I got my glasses from Park Slope Optical, everyone there was incredibly helpful and thorough which is important since glasses are expensive and an investment you dont want to mess around with. We need our eyes to last us a long time! I love them because they have an anti glare coating and the lenses is super thin so they don't weigh heavily on my nose. I have to say, this is my first cat eye and I think its the most flattering shape from my face so I can see having these babies for a looong time.

WHAAAAATTTTT. This young lady is just really really talented. I bought both her EP and full length album and they have been on heavy rotation....like heavy. I'm feeling the magic lately! Good music always does that for me. Kinda of like kick starts an artistic surge inside of you.  I haven't experienced an album that I've listened to beginning to end since Air's Moon Safari, which by the way I listened to every single day in it's completion for like 7 years. What do you guys and gals think? If anything love this chick for her sick killer hair.

So many goodies so little time! This is probably the single greatest beauty lover invention ever, so to you BIRCHBOX inventor, I love you. I will post a review of all of the products, but thus far the Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil is out of control good. I am thinking of clunking down the $55 for a bottle. I know, I know! An insane amount of the green stuff for a bottle of shampoo, but its an almost 14 oz bottle and you only need 1 pump so it could last you a reaaaaally long time and it made my hair really really pretty. Sold!

Local Farm-Fresh and Fancy

Whenever I'm home in NJ I try and pass by to see my friend Meg at Fresh and Fancy Farms. I never stay as long as I'd like to but I always leave with a bit more hope in my heart and some delish veggies or gorg flowers. I have a feeling this farm is going to change Bergen County's soul for the better so if you are ever traveling through New Milford and you see the farm, stop in a browse!! You won't want to leave. I can't wait to go home and restock on those cherries!! Can't even convey how light, sweet, tart and perfect they were.

Seriously, how can GMO fruit stand up to REAL fruit. Just can't happen. Mother Earth wins.
